Air Handling

York International Corporation – Indoor and outdoor air handling units from 1500 to 150,000 CFM with custom performance (<1% leakage).  The units are completely flexible with respect to dimensions, components and materials.

Chillers

York International Corporation – Air cooled chillers from 10 to 500 tons and water cooled chillers from 90 to 4500 tons.  Scroll, rotary screw, centrifugal, absorption (single and two stage) and steam-turbine drive are all available.

Liquid Filtration

Backwashing tubular filters, single and multiple bag filters, automated sand filters. 

Heat Pumps

Water Furnace International – Commercial water source heat pumps from ¾ to 10 tons for either a closed-loop geothermal or boiler / tower application.

Water Filtration

PEP and Ronningen Petter – Sand filters centrifugal separators and bag filters are all available for filtering cooling tower, chilled water and hot water piping loops.

Cooling Towers

Baltimore Aircoil Company – Open towers, closed circuit cooling towers and evaporative condensers for heat rejection of building heat in a water cooled system.  Cross flow and counter-flow towers are both available.

Boilers

Fulton – High efficiency condensing boilers (up to 98% efficient) from 300,000 to 3,000,000 BTU/H and medium efficiency copper finned boilers (88% thermal efficiency) from 250,000 ti 3,000,000 BTU/H.

Make up Air Units

AbsolutAire – Direct fired heating and ventilating units, in a horizontal or vertical configuration from 1,000 to 150,000 CFM.

Replacement Coils and Dry Coolers

Colmac Coil – A full line of water, steam and direct expansion coils for new construction or replacement.  Coils are available with many different materials of construction and quick ship options.  Dry coolers are available from 35 to 1,535 MBH of heat rejection.
