Air & Electric Actuated Valves

Air and electric actuated valves for industrial process control applications.  Steam, hot and chilled water, thermal oils.  Nearly any process flow can be precisely controlled with Warren Controls state of the art products, available in West Michigan as well as across the country.

Warren / Controls Series 1800

Heavy globe control valves feature rugged high capacity bodies of iron, steel or stainless steel with a variety of trim materials and port sizes.  The equal percentage and linear plugs in the 2-way valves and linear plugs in the 3-way valves provide excellent modulating control of a wide variety of fluids.  The Warren Controls series 1800 is ideally suited where value and long life are important objectives for applications including but not limited to the chemical, food & beverage, general service, marine, power and refining industries with temperatures form -20 to 800° F, severe service, high pressure drops and corrosive fluids.

Valves

Warren / Controls Series 2800

Precision globe control valves feature rugged bronze or stainless steel bodies with a variety of trim materials and port sizes.  The equal percentage and linear plugs in the 2-way valves and linear plugs in the 3-way valves provide excellent modulating control of a wide variety of fluids for pressure, temperature, level and flow applications from -20 to 500° F.  The Warren Controls series 2800 is ideally suited where value and long life are important objectives for applications including but not limited to the chemical, food & beverage, general service refining and pharmaceutical industries.

Warren / Controls Series 2900

High capacity general purpose globe control valves feature rugged iron bodies with a variety of trim materials.  The equal percentages plugs in the 2-way valves and linear plugs in the 3-way valves provide excellent modulating control of a wide variety of fluids.  The Warren Controls series 2900 is ideally suited where value and long life are important objectives for applications including but not limited to food & beverage, packaged water heaters, pharmaceutical, general service and waste water having moderate pressure drops and temperatures from -20 to 400° F.

Valves

Warren / Controls Series 3800

Rotary globe control valves incorporate the time-tested and proven eccentric-segmented ball design (E-Ball), combining exceptionally tight control and range ability (100:1), with superior trim wear characteristics inherent with the eccentric design.  Available as completely automated valve assemblies with the highest quality actuators and accessories available or as bare stem product ready for your automation needs, the Warren Controls 3800 series comes in a wide variety of standard options for body/trim materials and construction builds, from Class IV to Class VI shut off.  The ever-popular TTZ Ceramic Trim is an off-the-shelf choice for erosive or corrosive fluids and a vast array of custom alloys can be selected for custom construction, engineered to your specific application needs.

Warren / Controls Series 5800

Compact globe control valves feature rugged high efficiency bodies of steel or stainless steel, with cage-retained seats for ease of maintenance, and a variety of trim materials and port sizes.  The equal percentage and linear plugs provide excellent modulating control of a wide variety of fluids.  The Warren Controls series 5800 is ideally suited where value and long life are important objectives for applications including but not limited to the chemical, food & beverage, general service, marine, pulp & paper, refining and pharmaceutical industries with temperatures from -20 to 800° F, severe service, dirty fluids, high pressure drops and corrosive fluids.

Valve Assemblies

Actuated butterfly and ball valve assemblies, typically used for cooling tower bypass and temperature control, emergency shut off and level control.

2-Way Valve

A typical 2-way valve assembly consists of a butterfly or ball valve, with a direct mount, quarter turn, rack and pinion actuator.  Often included is an integrally mounted solenoid valve with speed controls in both directions.  Actuators can be spring return to fail open or close depending on the application.

3-Way Valve

A typical 3-way valve assembly consists of (2) butterfly valves mounted on a flanged tee, with inter connecting linkage or chain, to actuate the (2) valves using a single pneumatic actuator.  A common “tower water bypass” application is a (2) position (open or closed) control, which includes a solenoid valve for a simple contact closure control.

All West Michigan sold Warren Controls assemblies can be equipped with limit switches, pneumatic or electro-pneumatic positioner.  Electric actuated assemblies by Warren Controls are available in West Michigan as well.
