Thermal Solutions, a division of Burnham Industrial, is a leading manufacturer of copper finned boilers. The first boiler Thermal Solutions brought to market over 8 years ago was the Evolution, an 88% thermal efficiency copper finned boiler. The unique feature of this boiler is the Duratherm Radiant Gas Burner. This burner is a forced-draft, pre-mixed, gas-fired radiant burner which provides efficient, high intensity, transfer of heat with state-of-the-art emissions performance. Thermal Solutions now also has an 84% copper finned unit. The specific models and sizes are as follows:

Evolution

Available from 250,000 BTUH input to 3,000,000 BTUH input in the following sizes:

All models are 88% efficient. Models EVA-250 to EVA-2000 are available as on/off, high and low fire and modulating. The EVAM-2000, 2500 and 3000 are only available as modulating.

Solaris

The Solaris is Thermal Solutions’ new medium efficiency boiler providing an affordable heating resource for a wide variety of commercial and institutional applications. It is ideal for multiple boiler operation, it is stackable (up to 3 high) and has self-contained boiler staging, allowing boiler sequencing without additional controls.

At this time it is available in one model, the SOL-500, which provides 420,000 BTUH output with 500,000 BTUH input (84% efficient). Again, it can be stacked three high which provides 1,500,000 BTUH in a small footprint.

Fulton Boiler Works, Inc has been a leading manufacturer of boilers for over 40 years. Located in Pulaski, NY, Fulton manufacturers a full array of hydronic and steam boilers. There are over 300 successful installations of Fulton’s PulsePak  High Efficiency Hydronic Boilers in Western Michigan located in schools, office buildings, hospitals and industrial plants. The specific products offered by Fulton are as follows:

The PulsePak Hydronic Boiler is a high efficiency (up to 99% thermal efficiency) condensing hot water heating boiler offered in six sizes (PHW-300, PHW-500, PHW-750, PHW-1000, PHW-1400 and PHW-2000). These boilers use pulse combustion in lieu of a power burner and require no minimum return water temperature, no minimum or maximum flow requirement and therefore, do not require a primary/secondary pumping system.

The Vantage is a state-of-the-art condensing hot water boiler offered in one size, 3,000,000 BTUH input. The VTG-3000 is a direct vented, sealed combustion, condensing hot water boiler which utilizes a Fulton designed power burner and with 5:1 modulation provides up to 99% efficiency. Like the PulsePak, the Vantage requires no minimum return water temperature, no minimum or maximum flow and no primary/secondary loop.

A complete line of vertical tubeless boilers are offered from 4 to 150 BHP. The Classic Model or ICS, is offered from 4 to 60 BHP; the Edge Model or ICX, is offered from 4 to 30 BHP and the VMP is offered from 40 to 150 BHP.

The vertical tubeless line of boilers is provided for steam or hot water duty, utilize a power burner, can burn either gas, oil or a combination of gas/oil. The ICS has a 80% thermal efficiency, the ICX has a 84% thermal efficiency and the VMP has a 85% thermal efficiency.

These boilers can be provided by themselves or as a complete skid mounted boiler system from Fulton. From the factory, Fulton can design and build a boiler system with single or multiple boilers, steam separators, condensate return systems, chemical treatment or water softeners, controls, electrical, etc on a skid.

Electric steam boilers, Model FB-L, from 12 to 1000 KW (1.2 to 100 BHP).

New from Fulton, a Horizontal Firetube Boiler, Model RB, ranging in size from 60 to 300 BHP. This boiler is a 3-pass, water back design for either hot water or steam duty. It is designed by Fulton for maximum water content and steam space to ensure low sensitivity to load changes and efficient operation.

Parker Boiler Company

The Parker Boiler Company was founded in 1919 and is a world-renowned manufacturer of steam boilers from 1.5 HP to 150 HP with pressures to 250 PSI capable of delivering dry steam in less than 10 minutes.  We manufacture direct-fired hot water boilers (available as gas, oil, propane and combination-fired) ranging from 300,000 to 6,800,000 BTU, with operating temperatures to 400° F and pressures to 300 PSI.  Our indirect-fired water heaters (available as gas or propane-fired) range from 300,000 to 3,000,000 BTU input, with operating temperatures to 190° F and pressures and pressures to 150 PSI.  We manufacture high temperature thermal liquid heaters (available as gas, oil, propane and combination-fired) for process-heating up to 650° F, ranging from 126,000 to 6,250,000 BTU input.  We also are the makers of low NOx steam and hot water boilers and burner systems.  Most models are UL or ETL listed.  In addition, Parker Boiler is in the business of providing expertise and support to customers.
