Fluid Coolers & Cooling Coils

Colmac Coil

Colmac Coil, founded in 1971, manufactures new and replacement heating and cooling coils, air cooled condensers and fluid coolers for the commercial, industrial and HVAC/R markets.  Their production line is designed to provide customers with custom coil design to meet specific needs.

Coils

A complete line of finned coils for the OEM, new construction and replacement markets. Chilled water, hot water, steam, direct expansion and condenser coils are all available. Tube OD’s are available in 3/8”, ½” 5/8”, 7/8”, and 1”.  A number of different materials are also available for tubes, fins, casings, headers and connectors as follows:

• Tubes – copper, aluminum, Cu-Ni, steel and stainless steel
• Fins – aluminum, copper, poly-coat, steel and stainless steel
• Casings – galvanized, copper, aluminum, steel and stainless steel
• Headers – copper, steel, Cu-Ni, brass, aluminum and stainless steel
• Connectors – copper, steel, Cu-Ni, brass, aluminum and stainless steel

Quick ships of 5 days are available for most coils.

Fluid Coolers

Over 33 models, 35 to 1535 MBH @ 20 deg F TD heat rejection using 6300 to 112,000 CFM. Colmac’s design provides a wide variety of capacities within this range using variable coil core sizes, circuiting and motor/fan combinations. They are available in vertical or horizontal air discharge.

Air Cooled Condensers

Over 39 models, ¾ to 135 tons of heat rejection using 1200 to 112,000 CFM. They are available in horizontal or vertical discharge.
