Clamp on Direct Drive Portable Mixers

The RH series and CD series direct drive mixers feature light weight yet very strong aluminum bearing housings for continuous, maintenance-free mixer service.  A heavy duty sealed ball bearing absorbs shaft deflection loads and provides extended mixer service.  Precision cast square pitch industrial mixing propellers are standard.

Clamp on Gear Driven Portable Mixers

In both, electric and air driven models, the RG and CG series portable mixers feature light weight, yet very strong heat treated cast aluminum housings.  These mixers are excellent for high flow and low shear applications; industry standard motors which means after motor instead of motors mean you can purchase future replacements from any supplier; and have shaft speeds of 400, 350, 264 or 230 RPM, depending on your application.

Fixed Mount Closed Tank Portable Mixers

Both direct drive and gear driven units are available.  The direct drive series (FRH-C) is recommended for moderate shear application and features 316 stainless steel Square pitch propellers as standard.  The gear driven series (FRG-C) is recommended for high flow, low shear applications and features 316 stainless steel XTF-3 high efficiency impellers as standard.  Output speeds of 1750 RPM, 400 or 264 RPM depending on your application requirements.

BHD Series Top Entry Mixers

BHD reducers are engineered and built specifically to handle the unique and demanding requirements of mixing applications.  The spiral bevel/helical gear reducer is designed for the tough mixing requirements in industries like chemical processing, food processing, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, power generation, mining and waste and water treatment.

HGD Series Top Entry Mixers

The Cleveland HGD Mixer is an economical alternative for application volumes in the range of 10,000 to 40,000 gallons.  It is ideally suited for shear-sensitive materials, viscous solutions or for larger tanks where other mixers are less efficient.

Xtraflo Compact Top Entry Mixers

Xtraflo offers the most compact drive package available in slow speed mixers.  Their use is ideal when the application is beyond a portable mixer’s capability either because of volume or tank depth.

Cleveland Eastern offers a wide range of mixing impeller designs for laboratory, pilot plant and production blending.

Sizes range from 3″ diameter propellers to 10′ diameter special purpose impellers.  We can provide four bladed axial, radial, or custom turbine designs along with high efficiency hydrofoils.  All are available with either welded or bolted blade construction.  Shaft sizes from ½″ to 4″ diameter can be accommodated.  Materials of construction include 304 or 316 L grade stainless steel, carbon steel, Carpenter 20 and Hastelloy C. PVC, rubber and Teflon coatings are also offered.
