An industrial chilled water system from Process Engineering & Equipment Company commonly utilizes an air-cooled chiller or water cooled chiller from York or Thermal Care.  These units may be equipped with rotary screw compressors, centrifugal compressors or scroll compressors.  The recent offering from Thermal Care features the “Turbo-Cor” centrifugal compressor with magnetic bearings.  This compressor eliminates the necessity for oil and all of the oil related management systems.
