Pump Tank Assembly & Pump Components

Pump tank assemblies from Process Engineering & Equipment Company can be built to accommodate your requirement from a few gallons per minute up to 4000 gallons per minute.  Tank capacity can be from 50 gallons to 8,000 gallons.  Our tanks are fabricated from ¼″ carbon steel plate, stainless steel 304 plate and stainless steel 316 material.  Typically our carbon steel tanks are sandblasted and epoxy coated for added protection.  We also combine a pump assembly with a polyethylene tank for a corrosion free, economical system.

Our standard make-up water assembly includes a slow close solenoid valve, on delay timer and adjustable floats.  Or if a mechanical float is preferred, we can provide one.

All components provided are engineered to meet the application and to perform as a matched set to achieve maximum performance.

A large inventory of pumps is on hand for inclusion in pump sets; quick delivery will assist in the speedy completion of the installation.  Pumps are serviced and / or refitted at our factory or on site.  Parts are warranted the first year; labor is extra.

Many styles of pumps are available with metallurgy to meet the application.

All pumps and accessories are mounted on a structural steel base, the assembly is painted to industrial specifications and special paint systems are available upon request.

Accessories available include:

• Full pump trim with all valves, reducers, spool pieces, nuts and bolts, gauges, unions, bleed valves, all pre-piped onto the pump set, or shipped separate if requested.
• Pre-wired starters
• Pressure switches and pump failure relays
• Flow switches

Complete control panels with start /stop switches for each pump, indicating lights, pump failure alarms and other chosen accessories all mounted in an enclosure built to your specification, with or without a panel-mounted disconnect.
